Restore Pleasure & Intimacy with
O-Shot Treatments

What is the O-Shot?

The O-Shot (Orgasm Shot) is a non-surgical, minimally invasive treatment designed to rejuvenate and enhance female sexual wellness using the body’s own natural healing power. By utilizing platelet-rich plasma (PRP) derived from your own blood, the O-Shot stimulates tissue regeneration, increases circulation, and enhances sensitivity in key intimate areas. This innovative treatment is ideal for women experiencing decreased libido, difficulty achieving orgasm, vaginal dryness, or even mild urinary incontinence—helping restore confidence and intimacy naturally.

How the O-Shot Works

The process begins with a quick blood draw, from which PRP is extracted using a centrifuge. After applying a topical numbing cream, the PRP is carefully injected into specific areas of the vaginal and clitoral region. These targeted injections encourage tissue growth, improve nerve function, and enhance blood flow, resulting in increased sensitivity, lubrication, and overall sexual responsiveness. The treatment is quick, virtually painless, and tailored to each woman’s unique needs.

What to Expect

An O-Shot appointment typically takes 30 to 45 minutes, including numbing time. Most patients experience little to no discomfort thanks to the topical anesthetic. There is no downtime, and you can resume daily activities immediately after treatment. Some women notice benefits within a few days, while full results may take a few weeks to develop and can last up to 12–18 months.

Pre & Post Treatment Protocol for O-Shot

O-Shot Pre-Treatment Protocol

To ensure the best possible results from your O-Shot treatment, please follow these guidelines:

1–2 Days Before Treatment:

  • Hydrate well. Drink plenty of water (8+ glasses/day) to support healthy blood volume and better PRP yield.

  • Avoid alcohol and excessive caffeine, which can dehydrate you and affect your body's healing response.

  • Avoid blood thinners, including NSAIDs (Advil, Aspirin, Ibuprofen), unless prescribed by your doctor. These can interfere with platelet activity.

  • No active infections: If you have a urinary tract infection, yeast infection, or vaginal irritation, please reschedule your appointment.

  • Discuss medications with your provider: Let us know if you are taking anticoagulants, steroids, or antibiotics, as these may impact your results.

Day of Treatment:

  • Eat a light meal before your appointment.

  • Shave or closely trim the treatment area if applicable to ensure a clean and comfortable procedure.

  • Wear comfortable clothing (e.g., loose pants, cotton underwear).

  • Empty your bladder before your session.

O-Shot Post-Treatment Protocol

Most clients tolerate the procedure very well with minimal aftercare. To support healing and optimize your results, please follow these post-treatment instructions:

Immediately After:

  • You may return to most normal activities right away.

  • Mild swelling, spotting, or tenderness may occur and typically resolves within 24–48 hours.

First 24–48 Hours:

  • Avoid sexual activity for 24 hours to minimize irritation.

  • No baths, hot tubs, or swimming—showering is fine.

  • Do not use tampons, douches, or intravaginal products for at least 48 hours.

  • Continue to stay hydrated and eat a healthy, nutrient-rich diet to support healing.

1–4 Weeks After:

  • Many clients begin noticing improvements within a few days to weeks.

  • For optimal results, consider incorporating pelvic floor exercises (Kegels) daily.

  • If prescribed, use a recommended clitoral or vaginal stimulator post-treatment to enhance circulation and nerve activation (as advised by your provider).

  • Avoid NSAIDs unless necessary, to allow the platelets to work effectively.
