Restore Comfort & Confidence with Intimate Wellness Treatments

Brazilian Whitening

Brazilian Whitening is a safe, non-invasive treatment designed to gently lighten hyperpigmentation in the intimate area. Using a customized topical brightening cream followed by optional in-clinic peels, this two-phase approach helps even out skin tone, reduce dark patches, and restore a smoother, more radiant appearance. It’s a discreet, effective way to feel more confident and comfortable in your own skin.

How the Brazilian Whitening Works

The treatment begins with an initial consultation and customized brightening cream, provided for at-home use over several weeks. This prescription-strength cream is formulated to gradually lighten pigment in the bikini or Brazilian area without harsh chemicals or irritation.

Once your provider determines that maximum results have been achieved with the cream, a reassessment is done. If additional brightening is desired, in-clinic peeling treatments may be recommended. These gentle, targeted peels help lift residual pigmentation and further refine skin tone. Up to six peel sessions may be performed based on your individual goals.

Areas of Benefit

  • Bikini Line & Brazilian Area – Lightens dark pigmentation along the bikini line and labia for a smoother, more even appearance

  • Inner & Outer Labia – Gently brightens the skin of the vulva to enhance tone and uniformity

  • Perianal Area – Reduces discoloration around the anus for a more consistent skin tone

  • Inner Thighs – Softens and brightens areas prone to chafing or shadowing

  • Groin Creases – Evens pigmentation where friction or hormones may have caused darkening

What to Expect

Your first step is a consultation and prescription topical treatment, which you'll use daily at home for 3-5 weeks. Once lightening has plateaued, your provider will determine if peeling treatments are needed to achieve your desired result. Up to six sessions may be performed.

These peels are quick and well-tolerated, with minimal downtime and mild sensitivity for a few days post-treatment. Gradual improvement is seen over time, with smooth, even-toned skin as the final result.

Vaginismus Treatment

Relieve Pain. Restore Comfort. Reclaim Intimacy.

Botox treatment for vaginismus is a safe, non-surgical solution designed to help women experiencing involuntary muscle contractions that make vaginal penetration painful or impossible. By using small doses of medical-grade botulinum toxin, this treatment works to relax the pelvic floor muscles, reduce pain, and allow for more comfortable intimacy, pelvic exams, or tampon use.

This highly effective approach provides lasting relief and has helped many women regain control, confidence, and connection in their intimate lives.

How the Treatment Works

Vaginismus occurs when the muscles surrounding the vaginal opening tighten involuntarily, often in response to fear, trauma, or anxiety. Botox (botulinum toxin) is carefully injected into the affected muscles to temporarily relax them, interrupting the pain-spasm cycle and making movement and penetration less painful.

The procedure is quick, taking less than 30 minutes, and is performed in a comfortable, supportive environment. While no local anesthesia is used, the injections are typically well-tolerated, with minimal discomfort—often described as a brief pinch or pressure.

Areas of Benefit

  • Vaginal Entrance – Reduces muscle tightness and improves comfort during penetration

  • Pelvic Floor Muscles – Eases involuntary contractions and chronic tension

  • Sexual Activity – Makes intercourse more comfortable or possible again

  • Medical Exams – Enables pain-free pelvic exams, Pap tests, or tampon use

  • Emotional Well-being – Reduces anxiety, fear, and stress associated with intimacy

What to Expect

The procedure is minimally invasive and well-tolerated, with most patients reporting only mild cramping or pressure afterward. You may return to normal daily activities the same day.

  • Results typically begin within 5–10 days

  • Maximum effect is reached around 2–4 weeks post-treatment

  • Relief lasts an average of 4–6 months, with many patients choosing maintenance treatments as needed

A follow-up visit may be scheduled to assess progress and provide additional support or recommendations.

Benefits Vaginismus Treatment

  • Minimally invasive & fast-acting – No surgery or long recovery time

  • Relieves pain – Reduces or eliminates pain during intercourse or exams

  • Improves intimacy & function – Restores confidence and sexual connection

  • Customizable & supportive – Treatment tailored to your needs, often combined with holistic care

  • Empowering & effective – A life-changing solution for many women living with vaginismus
