Aftercare Recommendations

To maximize your PRP Natural Bio-Filler results:

  • Do not touch the treated areas for 1 hour.

  • Avoid washing your face with cleanser or applying liquid makeup for 12 hours.

  • If needed, you may rinse with warm water (no soap) after 4 hours.

  • Do not apply balms, gels, or topical products post-procedure — no additional healing products are needed.

  • Patients taking aspirin may resume it 48 hours after treatment unless instructed otherwise.

  • Avoid alcohol, coffee, caffeine, and supplements that increase bruising for 2 days.

  • Avoid exercise, spas, saunas, and any activity that causes facial flushing or sweating for 2 days.

  • Support healing with healthy food, minimal caffeine/alcohol, and adequate sleep.
    Recovery varies depending on age, skin condition, and overall health.
