Restore Pleasure & Intimacy with
P-Shot

What is the P-Shot?

The P-Shot (Priapus Shot) is a non-surgical, minimally invasive treatment designed to naturally enhance male sexual function and performance. Using platelet-rich plasma (PRP) derived from your own blood, the P-Shot works to stimulate tissue regeneration, increase blood flow, and improve sensation. This innovative procedure can help address common concerns such as erectile dysfunction, reduced sensitivity, and decreased stamina—offering a safe, natural way to restore confidence and intimacy.

How the P-Shot Works

The treatment begins with a simple blood draw, from which PRP is extracted using a centrifuge. Once the PRP is isolated, a topical numbing cream is applied to ensure comfort. The PRP is then carefully injected into targeted areas of the penis to promote tissue growth, enhance circulation, and improve overall function. These growth factors work to rejuvenate the area from within, often leading to stronger, firmer, and more responsive erections.

Areas of Benefit

  • Non-surgical & drug-free – Uses your body’s own natural growth factors.

  • Improves sexual performance – Supports stronger, longer-lasting erections.

  • Enhances sensitivity – Increases pleasure and responsiveness.

  • Supports tissue health – Promotes regeneration and better blood flow.

  • Quick & convenient – Minimal downtime, with results that build over time.

What to Expect

A typical P-Shot session takes about 30 to 45 minutes. The procedure is well-tolerated, with minimal discomfort due to the numbing cream. You may resume normal activities the same day. While some improvement can be noticed within a few days, optimal results typically develop over the following weeks as tissue regeneration takes place. For many, results can last 12–18 months, with occasional touch-ups recommended as needed.

P-Shot Pre-Treatment Protocol

To ensure a safe and effective P-Shot experience, please follow these preparation guidelines:

1–2 Days Before Treatment:

  • Hydrate well. Aim for at least 8 glasses of water per day. Hydration supports a higher-quality PRP yield from your blood.

  • Avoid alcohol and minimize caffeine to maintain optimal blood circulation and healing capacity.

  • Stop taking NSAIDs (e.g., Aspirin, Advil, Ibuprofen) for 48 hours prior, unless prescribed by a physician. These can reduce the effectiveness of platelet function.

  • Discontinue blood-thinning supplements such as fish oil, vitamin E, or ginkgo biloba unless directed otherwise by your provider.

  • No active infections: If you have a urinary tract infection, rash, or any genital irritation, please contact us to reschedule.

  • Shave or trim the area if needed to allow for a clean injection site and easy application of a topical anesthetic.

Day of Treatment:

  • Eat a light, healthy meal before your appointment.

  • Wear comfortable clothing (loose-fitting pants or shorts).

  • Avoid applying lotions or creams to the genital area.

  • You may be asked to arrive early to allow time for topical numbing to take effect.

P-Shot Post-Treatment Protocol

The P-Shot has minimal downtime, but proper aftercare is essential to maximize your results and comfort.

Immediately After Treatment:

  • Mild redness, swelling, or tenderness at the injection site is normal and typically subsides within 24–48 hours.

  • You may resume normal activities the same day unless instructed otherwise.

First 24–48 Hours:

  • Avoid sexual activity, masturbation, or any stimulation to the area for at least 24 hours.

  • Refrain from using hot tubs, baths, saunas, or swimming pools to reduce the risk of irritation or infection.

  • Do not apply creams, ointments, or harsh soaps to the area.

1–4 Weeks After:

  • Resume sexual activity or stimulation after 24 hours, as guided by your comfort level.

  • Use any penile pump or device recommended by your provider to enhance blood flow and PRP distribution. This is typically done twice daily for a few minutes and is a key part of achieving optimal results.

  • Continue to stay hydrated and eat a nutrient-rich diet to support healing.

  • Avoid NSAIDs unless necessary, to allow platelets to do their regenerative work.
